Full Spirit-Led Session

This is a Spirit-led session without a set agenda. We allow Spirit to guide where we go. Your session may include any combination of psychic messages, mediumship, energy healing, chakra clearing and alignment, or guidance and assistance from the angels. You may even meet some of your spirit guides along the way. Every session is different because it's centered around what Spirit brings forward for you and your highest good.

Once we’re together, I’ll explain a little about how I receive information. Sometimes messages arrive clearly, and sometimes they come through like puzzle pieces that we put together.

I approach this work as a three-way collaboration between you, me, and Spirit. I welcome your participation, because something that looks like a random puzzle piece to me may be exactly what helps you recognize the larger picture.

The way I receive messages from Spirit can vary. I might see an image or vision, hear words or a song, see a letter in my mind, or receive an idea or concept that I then have to put into words. Sometimes Spirit gives me a piece that symbolizes something to me, and I can help explain what it means. Other times, that puzzle piece is meant for you, and you’ll recognize something in it that I couldn’t possibly know.

You don’t need to worry about staying completely silent during your reading. I may ask you to give me a moment to receive what’s coming through first, but your interaction is an important part of the process and helps keep the energy flowing.

That’s why we work through the messages together. It’s really you, me, and Spirit putting the puzzle together.

Something may make perfect sense immediately, or you may write it down and realize what it meant days or weeks later. And occasionally, something may not resonate at all. We don’t need to force every piece to fit.

If I don’t have a clear answer, I’ll tell you that, too. I will never make something up just to give you an answer.

If you’re nervous before we begin, that’s okay. We’ll take a few minutes to breathe, ground, and clear some of that nervous energy before we get started. I intentionally allow extra time for my sessions because I don’t want you to feel rushed.

Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable talking to me. What you share with me is confidential between you, me, and Spirit.
