Refund Policy

For scheduled sessions, cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment are eligible for a 50% refund. The remaining 50% is non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Once your scheduled session has begun, the service is non-refundable. If you choose to end the session early, a refund will not be issued.

All typed reading purchases are final and non-refundable.
